A Christmas Snow Live is based on the inspirational film of 2010 starring Muse Watson (NCIS, Prison Break), Catherine Mary Stewart (Weekend at Bernie's, The Last Starfighter) and Cameron ten Napel (The Lamp, Cool Dog, Barney and Friends). The stage play of A Christmas Snow reunites the cast of the movie to bring this very special story of redemption and forgiveness to life on stage.

Trost opens the performance with a visually stimulating scene of young Kathleen and adult Kathleen singing a beautiful duet of original music for the play. This sets the tone for the emotional events that are to come. Kathleen, brilliantly played by Catherine Mary Stewart, depicts the Christmas Grinch impeccably as she hidesin her work from her family and fiancé.

Tension fills the stage as Kathleen struggles with the torment of her past and a snow storm that traps her in her home with two unlikely guests. Lucy, played by the multi talented 11 year-old Cameron ten Napel, is dropped off at her house due to an unexpected cancellation of a baby sitter while her father, Kathleen's fiancé, is out of town on a business trip and Sam, eloquently played by Muse Watson, a kind older man who narrowly escapes injury while gallantly saving Kathleen from harm's way is brought home in an act of gratitude. Now with these two strangers in her house, she is confronted with a life changing choice: hang on to her hurt or let go and embark on the journey of hope that waits for the heart that dares to forgive.

Cameron ten Napel's performance of Lucy is heartrending as she is split between innocence and realization far beyond her years as Kathleen (Catherine Mary Stewart) flounders in her attempts to break into the little girl's world. Lead actor Muse Watson who plays Sam, a weathered voice of reason, delivers a brilliant and gripping performance careening through a startling range of emotions that has garnered him the Best Actor award at the Trail Dance Film Festival. The national success of "A Christmas Snow" movie makes the stage version even more of a box office draw.
